You may return most unused items within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in its original condition
All original packaging, accessories and manuals are included
The original proof of purchase is provided
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items that have been installed, fitted or used
Electrical or electronic products that have been damaged due to incorrect installation
Special order or custom items
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
If a product is defective or faulty, please contact us immediately.
Products may be assessed and tested before approval
If the product is confirmed defective, we will repair, replace or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or negligence is not covered
We recommend professional installation of all motor and audio equipment.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference may be refunded or issued as store credit.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing once the return has been approved.
